Taylor Freezer Sales of Arizona, located in the heart of Phoenix, has proudly served the community since 1958. Our innovative ice cream machines, craft ice equipment, and specialty grills are trusted by thousands of customers across restaurants, school districts, and hospitals throughout Arizona.

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Dispatch Specialist to support our growing team of service technicians. In this role, you will manage incoming service requests, coordinate scheduling, and ensure seamless communication between customers and field technicians to keep operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and manage incoming service calls in a professional and timely manner
Schedule and dispatch technicians based on priority, location, and skill set
Optimize daily routes to improve efficiency and response times
Communicate clearly with technicians and customers regarding job status and updates
Monitor job progress and adjust schedules throughout the day as needed
Maintain accurate records of service requests and completed work

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in a high-demand dispatch or scheduling role (HVAC or restaurant equipment industry preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make quick, effective decisions
