Preventative Maintenance, Delivery & Installation Technician

Job Description

Taylor Freezer Sales of Arizona (Taylor Arizona) is hiring a Preventative Maintenance, Delivery & Installation Technician in Phoenix, AZ.

In this role, you will deliver, install, and maintain commercial restaurant equipment such as soft serve machines, ice systems, and grills. You will also train customers on proper equipment use while providing excellent customer service.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in restaurant equipment, HVAC, or other mechanical service fields who enjoy working independently and solving problems in the field.

Responsibilities

Deliver, install, and perform preventative maintenance on commercial foodservice equipment
Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues
Travel to customer locations throughout Arizona (occasional overnight stays)
Maintain service records and communicate with internal teams
Provide professional, customer-focused service at all times

Qualifications

1–3+ years of experience in restaurant equipment, HVAC, or related field
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently in the field
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed
Experience with commercial kitchen equipment installation or service (preferred)
EPA certification or electrical/mechanical background (preferred)

Schedule

Full-time
Monday–Friday
Overtime as needed
Occasional overnight travel

Work Location

Based in Phoenix, AZ
Travel throughout Arizona
