FB80 Soft Serve Syrup Dispenser
The Flavor Burst FB80 is the traditional Flavor Burst soft serve system which adds 8 ready-made flavors, plus additional flavor combinations to produce 255 flavored soft serve products. Flavor Burst programs are proven sales builders with their bright, eye-catching ribbons of color and large variety of flavors. The flavor injection system is simple to install and operate. The operator simply chooses the flavor (or flavor combinations) from the electronic keypad, then those concentrated flavorings are injected throughout the finished product (ice cream, soft serve, shake, slushes) as it is dispensed. Flavor output and combination flavor timing are adjustable for flow, taste and appearance. Flavor Burst flavorings are packaged in triple-layer bag-in-box containers for long, stable shelf life that requires no refrigeration. The FB80 will undoubtedly increase the profit of your soft serve offerings. Contact Taylor Arizona to learn more!

Flavor Burst Touch Screen
Instead of the traditional touch pad, many of our Flavor Burst models have the option to use a touch screen on the front. The touch screens gives the user additional flavor injection capabilities, while making the machines easier to use!
Faster and Easier Flavor Choice Selection
Instead of looking at an external chart to determine which menu number to press, all the flavors are listed on the display. It’s as simple as selecting a flavor from the list of flavors on the screen.
The programming in the touch screen is capable of being updated via an SD card. So, if a change is necessary to the operating system or flavor menu, a revised program could be sent via email and uploaded into the system.
Personal Identification Number (PIN) Protection
Should you want to block the setup functions of your keypad to prevent unauthorized use, you can establish a PIN code to access all maintenance functions. This may be necessary when using the keypad in a self-serve environment.
Portion Control and Reduced Carryover
Four sizes of servings may be established to control portion sizes. A time is set for each serving size, and the keypad will give an audible signal when the serving is finished so that the operator can close the spigot. Shortly before the signal is issued, the pumps are turned off to stop the flow of syrup which allows just the unflavored base to be dispensed. This helps clear the system of flavor, preparing it for the next serving.
Because the touch screen keypad has extra ports on it, an additional flavoring machine or candy dispensing machine can be added to the system without purchasing an additional electronics package. This will reduce the cost of the second machine. The additional machine can either be operated simultaneously or as an independent dispenser, flavoring one spout or two.
